The non-mobile Code should be marked with a „D“.
Procedure:
--> Scan with phone
--> Store on phone
--> Download „code info D“ from phone to PC or laptop
This is about freedom of choice and handling, and about what flavor your prefere.
(Viewing on a mobile device, or a PC or laptop.)
OK: Why hasn't Japan done this concept already? I guess that there are a lot of Japanese, who only have mobile phones, but no other computers, such as a laptop or a desktop PC.
Possibly, America will even need to have the "Code D" concept, for viewing scanned web content on a desktop computer.
